Väljaku ala jaotatakse erinevateks ruumideks munakividest ringide abil. Ringide valgustamiseks ripub nende kohal ülisuur latern. Valgustatud riingidel on igal ühel omapärane suurus ja morfoloofia : kaks neist on nõgusad ning , üks tekitab kühmu ja kaks on siledad Suur nõgus ring töötab ühtlasi purskkaevuna, keskne kuhjatis on laste mängumaa. Ülejäänud väljaku pind on kaetud ristatahukatest , mille toon musta jahalli vahel on piisavad, et edasi anda sikk- sakilist mustrit. Dünaamiline futuristlik bussipaviljon, mis meenutab plahvatust. Väljak on kavandatud Rakvere linna keskväljakuks. See on lõõgastusala ning samas peetakse seal marsse ning suuremaid pidusid. Praeguselhetkel on ta ühtlasi maamärgiks kiiresti arenevale kaasaegsele väikelinnale, millel värskete mõttetega linnarhitekt ning avatud mõtlemisega linna – pea. Väljak on saanud nii kiita kui laita, sest lõpuks on tegemist väga julge sammuga kaasaegse linnaruumi poole.

The area of the square is divided into different spaces by cobblestone circles. To enlighten the circles there is a large lantern hanging overeach of them. The squares vary in size and morphology: two of them are concave, one forms a mound and two are plane. A large concave rock-circle functions as a fountain, a circle in the centre of the square is a mounded playing area for children. The rest of the square is coveredwith cubical stones of different tonesconstituting a gray and black lively zigzag pattern. On one side the square is adjoined by a long halliard marking the position ofa perspective flanking building with preferably a public function. On the other side there is a very dynamic futuristicbus stop pavilion almost resembling an explosion. The square is designed to become the central area of the town of Rakvere, the capital of West-Virumaa county. It is a recreational space as well as the main square for parades and other large-scale events.
