Eri aegadel kavandatud Kadrioru pargi terviklik maastik ning skulptuurid eeldavad tänapäevase mälestusmärgi kavandamisel kokkumängu ajajoolise pargiansambliga.
The monument is located in Tallinn’s historical Kadriorg Park that was founded by Tsar Peter the Great. The existing landscape features historic integrity and wholeness which has evolved throughout the different eras as well as other existing sculptures. Thus, the design of the new monument has to fit in with the park ensemble.
